Following the growing global trends of serious coffee ☕️ drinking cultures this brand is creating its own name with a HK flair. Drinks are takes on those used by the owner's own concoctions for his competitions giving the consumer a different drinking experience. Other menu items available as well. Notably this personalized experience extends to the beans 🫘 blends and the other merchandise. I didn't expect such good coffee in an airport. I just ordered a cappuccino. It was so smooth and the fragrance lingers in my mouth after a sip, unlike the hand grind filtered coffee I made at home. I did notice that they have a variety of coffee choices specifying origin, wash type, height and etc. I am sure they can bring out the best from those beans. I'll definitely go to gate 40 to look for them next time I'm in the airport departure hall. Next time I'll pop into the Soho branch to see if they can keep the standard.

Tried the Guatemala bean at the Urban Coffee Roaster today out of curiosity. At first sip, it seemed like a standard coffee, but I gradually started feeling a lovely slight sweetness on the tongue—definitely got those hints of honey mentioned in the notes. I always enjoy trying different coffees like this. Much appreciated!

Double espresso. Ask them to make it dirty over milk. Best cup of coffee I’ve had in a while. Price is good for the quality. Especially at an airport.

Hands-down the best coffee I've ever had in an airport, and straight-up excellent coffee full-stop. Get the pour-over and enjoy!
